    Introduction:

WD-SJ101G is a fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with alkalinity of about 1.7. It has the appearance of gray-black spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy de-slagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive pole.

    Applications:
Combined with appropriate welding wire (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, etc.), it is mainly used in pipeline welding. It is suitable for the welding of straight seam and spiral pipeline, and can meet the industry standard of X70 and X80 steel pipes. It has good low temperature toughness at -40℃.
