WD-SJ101D is a kind of aluminum fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with alkalinity of about 1.6, the appearance of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) gray spherical particles.

Introduction:
WD-SJ101D is a kind of aluminum fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with alkalinity of about 1.6, the appearance of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) gray spherical particles. The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy deslagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive electrode.
Applications:
With appropriate welding wire (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, etc.) , the flux can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steel, such as ship hulls, boiler pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. It is especially suitable for narrow gap welding priming welding, with superior slag removal performance.Flux chemical composition reference value(%):

Notice:
1. The flux shall be baked at 300-350°C for 2 hours before use.
2. Rust, oil, water and other impurities should be removed from the welded parts before welding.
