    Introduction:

WD-SJ101Q is a kind of fluoro-alkali type sintering flux for bridges with alkalinity of about 3.0. It has the appearance of gray spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy deslagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive electrode.

    Applications:
The flux is a special flux for welding bridges. It can weld a variety of low-alloy bridge steel and steel for pressure vessels.
