    Introduction:

WD-309L is mainly composed of low C-22Cr-12Ni, mainly used in the welding of transition layer in submerged arc welding and electroslag welding with poles; it can also be used for single layer forming overlay welding in heat exchangers and other occasions. High surfacing efficiency, low dilution rate of base material; beautiful weld channel formation. Smooth overlap fusion, low content of impurity elements in the overlay metal.

    Applications:

It is widely used for overlay welding of hydrogenation equipment, nuclear vessels, urea equipment, offshore platform equipment, etc. in petrochemical industry.

    Notice:

    1. Before welding, it is strictly necessary to polish the base material to remove rust, oil and other factors affecting welding, and must be preheated.

    2. When overlaying the transition layer, ensure that the weld channel forming premise as far as possible to reduce the transition layer overlay thickness (3-3.5 mm); When overlaying the corrosion resistant layer, ensure that the weld channel forming premise can be appropriate to increase the thickness of the corrosion-resistant layer (3.5-4 mm).

    3. The use of flat characteristics of power shows better results.

    4. The overlay welding position to the level to about 2 ° of the upper slope welding is appropriate.
