    Introduction:

    WD-308L is mainly composed of low C-18Cr-8Ni and can be used in submerged arc surfacing and electroslag surfacing with poles. WD-308L can be surfaced on WD-309L overlay layer or in single layer surfacing with electroslag surfacing method. It has high surfacing efficiency, low dilution rate of base material and beautiful weld channel formation. The flux has smooth lap fusion and low content of impurity elements in the overlay metal.

     

    Applications:

    It is widely used for overlay welding of hydrogenation equipment, nuclear vessels, urea equipment, offshore platform equipment, etc. in petrochemical industry.

    Notice:

    2. When overlaying the transition layer, ensure that the weld channel forming premise as far as possible to reduce the transition layer overlay thickness (3-3.5 mm); When overlaying the corrosion resistant layer, ensure that the weld channel forming premise can be appropriate to increase the thickness of the corrosion-resistant layer (3.5-4 mm).
