WD-SJ612 flux is a calcium silica type sintered flux with an alkalinity of about 1.0.

    Standards:

    GB/T17854 F309-H0Cr24Ni13 F308L-H00Cr24Ni13

    Introduction:

WD-SJ612 flux is a calcium silica type sintered flux with an alkalinity of about 1.0. It is used in conjunction with low and ultra-low carbon stainless steel welding tapes for arc strip overlay welding of stainless steel transition layers on low carbon and low alloy steels. To prevent excessive chromium burnout, the flux contains a certain amount of chromium to supplement the burnout.

    Applications:
Arc-banded overlay welding of stainless steel transition layers for chemical vessels, hydrogenation reactor inner walls and pipe plates.
