    Introduction:

    WD-SJ617 is the flux for electroslag overlay welding with electrode, fine powder particles, using flat characteristic DC power supply overlay welding. The electroslag process is stable, showing fast slag removal, beautiful weld channel formation, and good fusion at the lap between the weld channels, with no carbon increase, less Cr burning loss. It is suitable for electroslag overlay welding with a width of 30~75mm.

     

    Applications:

    It can be used for overlay welding of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for nuclear vessels, hydrogenation reactors and pressure vessels, etc.

    Notice:

    1. The flux shall be baked at 300-350°C for 2 hours before use.
