    Introduction:

WD-SJ8011 is a fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 2.6. The appearance is 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) yellowish-white round particles with a small loose-packing density, suitable for small welding current, and DC power is used for the current, with wire connected to the positive pole. Welding process performance is good, easy deslagging, beautiful forming, overlay metal has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion performance and anti-brittle performance. Flux of the deposited metal for 13Cr system, with Cr13 series solid core wire, flux cored wire and H3Cr2W8 wire, etc., can be widely used in alloy steel, high alloy steel automatic welding and hard surface overlay welding, especially suitable for rollers and boilers and other easy to wear parts of the repair overlay welding.

    Applications:

It can be used for overlaying continuous casting rolls, rolling mill rolls and feed rolls.
