    Introduction:

WD-SJ602 is a fluoroalkali type alkaline sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 2.5. The appearance is 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) milky yellow spherical particles. The flux is welded with ER2209 wire, the deposited metal is pure and the burned elements are less; it has high tensile strength and yield strength; the experimental data meets the American standard (AWS); it has relatively high ferrite content; the slag shell is buckled after welding; the slag is easily removed from the narrow gap; the weld seam is beautifully formed; the arc burning is stable; it has good resistance to moisture absorption, with high particle strength, small loose packing density and low flux consumption during welding.

    Applications:
It can be used for welding petrochemical equipment, seawater and wastewater treatment equipment, oil and gas pipelines, and ships for chemical industry.
