    Introduction:
WD-SJ618 is a kind of alkali degree of about 2.8 aluminum fluorine type sintering flux, used for low carbon steel, low alloy steel on the stainless steel transition layer and corrosion resistant layer of electroslag with electrode overlay welding. The flux has very little burnout of chromium in the deposited metal, and does not increase carbon or silicon, and very little burnout of manganese, and its metallurgical properties are neutral.

    Applications:

Electroslag overlay welding of stainless steel with electrodes for chemical vessels, hydrogenation reactor inner walls and pipe plates.
