Sintered flux

Sintered flux refers to a high-quality, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly flux. It means that the prepared wet solder is processed into the required particles and calcined at a high temperature of 750~1000 ℃ to form fine particles, which is the sintered solder. The flux is smokeless, odorless, arc free and spatter free during welding. The production and manufacturing process has no environmental pollution, low energy consumption, and full utilization of raw materials, which conforms to the national industrial development policy.
