Introduction:
WD-SJ101 is a fluorine-alkali type marine sintered flux with a basicity of about 1.8. It is a gray spherical particle with a particle size of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm).It has excellent welding process performance, sufficient metallurgical reaction, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, beautiful weld shape, and high low-temperature impact toughness of deposited metal. It can be used for both AC and DC, and the wire is connected to the positive pole during DC welding.

Applications:
With appropriate welding wires (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, etc.), it can be used for the welding of ship structures, as well as for the welding of important structures such as boilers, pressure vessels, and pipelines.
