Introduction:
WD-SJ102 is a fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 3.4, with the appearance of gray spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy deslagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low-temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive electrode.

Applications:
With the appropriate welding wire (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA) can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steel, higher strength hull structural steel, pressure vessel steel. It can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.
