Introduction:

WD-SJ38 is an aluminum-titanium type sintered flux with alkalinity of 0.7 and appearance of gray-black spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux is suitable for high speed welding and fillet welding of thin plate of container type in humid climate area, which has the characteristics of fast welding speed, strong resistance to porosity, easy slag removal for fillet welding and beautiful weld seam formation. It can be used in both AC and DC, and the welding wire is connected to the positive pole when DC is used.

Applications:

It can be used to weld low carbon steel type thin plate containers, street light lamp posts, etc.
