Introduction:

WD-SJ8016 is an aluminum-alkali type sintered solder with an alkalinity of about 2.6. It has the appearance of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) light yellow round particles with small loose packing density, suitable for small welding current, The current is supplied by a DC power source with the wire connected to the positive terminal. Welding process performance is good, easy deslagging, beautiful forming, overlay metal has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion performance and anti-brittle performance. The flux of the deposited metal is 13Cr system and Cr21Ni10 system, with the Cr13 series solid core wire, flux cored wire, H0Cr21N10 wire, etc., widely used in alloy steel, high alloy steel and stainless steel automatic welding and hard surface overlay welding, especially suitable for hard surface roller repair overlay welding of easy to wear parts.

Applications:
It can be used for surfacing all kinds of hard surface rolls, such as surfacing continuous casting rolls, rolling mill rolls and feeding rolls.
