Introduction:

WD-SJ301 is a silica-calcium-alkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 1.0. It has the appearance of gray spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux has a stable arc during welding. It is easy to deslag and the weld seam is beautifully formed. No slag flow when submerged arc welding with short and small arc surface. When welding, it can be used for both AC and DC, and the wire is connected to the positive pole when DC welding.

Applications:

With appropriate welding wire (such as H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMoA), it can weld common structural steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. It can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding and multi-wire welding, and is especially suitable for welding pipelines of various diameters.
