Introduction:
WD-SJ101 is a fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 1.8. It has the appearance of gray-brown spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy deslagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive pole.

Applications:
With appropriate welding wire (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, etc.) can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steel, such as ship hulls, boiler pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. It can be used for multi-layer welding, double-sided single-pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.
