Introduction:

WD-SJ101D is a kind of aluminum fluoro-alkali type sintering flux with alkalinity of about 1.6, the appearance of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm) gray spherical particles. The flux in the welding process shows advantages as follows: arc stability; easy deslagging; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; has a high low temperature impact toughness. Welding can be used in both AC and DC, DC welding wire connected to the positive electrode.

Applications:
With appropriate welding wire (such as H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, etc.) , the flux can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steel, such as ship hulls, boiler pressure vessels, pipelines, etc. It is especially suitable for narrow gap welding priming welding, with superior slag removal performance.
