    Introduction:
WD-SJ601 is a fluoroalkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 1.8. It can be used for welding of ultra-low carbon stainless steel in combination with ultra-low carbon welding wire. The burning loss of chromium in the deposited metal of the flux is very small, and it does not increase carbon, silicon and manganese. Its metallurgical properties are neutral. The weld is austenitic and ferritic duplex, which has good crack resistance, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is especially suitable for butt welding and fillet welding of I-type breaks. The weld metal is beautifully shaped and easily de-slagged without any welding corners and surface slagging.

    Applications:

Used for 8%Cr-8%Ni, 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo stainless steel and ultra-low carbon stainless steel welding.
