    Introduction:

WD-SJ8600 is an aluminum-alkali type sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 1.2. It has the appearance of gray spherical particles of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28mm). This flux has good moisture absorption resistance; high particle strength; small loose packing density; low flux consumption during welding. The flux has advantages as follows: the maximum welding current of the flux in the welding process can reach 1000A, and has arc stability; easy slag removal; beautiful weld seam formation; pure deposited metal; high low temperature impact toughness. When DC welding, the wire is connected to the positive pole. With the appropriate wire can be welded with a variety of low-alloy steel structures, when welding boiler mode water-cooled wall, welding speed can up to 70m / h or more, especially suitable for welding thin plate high-speed and thick plate narrow bevel, narrow gap and other structures.

    Applications:

It can be used for boiler water-cooled wall, I-beam, box beam and other steel structures.
